Apple & Google Wallet

Your card, right next to their credit cards.

One tap saves your punch card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It updates on its own every time they earn a stamp, so your shop is on their phone every day.

  • Free lock-screen messages. “Double stamps Saturday!” pops up on every saved card. No texting fees, no app.
  • Birthday treats, automatically. Customers born this month get a note on the 1st.
  • Coupons that show up on the card. Post an offer and it appears on the back of every wallet card.
For your whole town

One stand on the counter. The whole town on board.

The same Tap Twice stand that runs a shop's punch card also powers the school booster pass and downtown events, so every tap brings new families through the door.

Booster Pass

The school discount card, reborn as a tap.

Families buy a yearly pass from the booster club and save at local shops. The boosters keep most of every sale.

  • Lives on up to 5 family phones, no app
  • Tap the stand, show the green screen, save
  • Boosters see every sale by team, live

Town events

Turn every downtown event into a treasure map.

A live map of every stop, a check-in passport and a prize drawing that walks visitors into shop after shop.

The research

Why loyalty programs work

Regulars are where a small shop's profit lives. A punch card gives them a reason to choose you again, and a visible goal to come back for.

Retention pays25–95%

more profit from keeping 5% more customers

Bain & Company's research on customer retention found that a small lift in how many customers come back has an outsized effect on profit.1

  1. 5–25×

cheaper to keep a customer than to find a new one

Winning a brand-new customer costs anywhere from five to 25 times more than bringing back someone who already likes you.1

  2. 20%

faster visits as the free reward gets close

In a café's “buy 10, get one free” study, members came back about 20% sooner by the end of the card than at the start. Seeing progress pulls people back.2

  3. 34%

finished the card with a two-stamp head start, vs 19% without

Car wash customers given a card with two stamps already filled in completed it nearly twice as often as those starting from zero.3

What that means at your counter

Tap Twice shows customers how close they are on every visit, can add rewards along the way to keep them coming, and puts the card on their phone so it never gets lost. Curious what it could earn your shop?

Everything in one stand

Built around three people: your customer, whoever is at the register, and you.

For your customers

  • Tap or scan, no app. Works on any iPhone or Android.
  • A card that can't get lost. Saved on their phone and backed up with their number.
  • One-tap Google reviews. Straight to your review page.
  • Stamps on delivery orders. A one-time sticker on the DoorDash or Uber Eats bag adds the stamp when they scan it at home.
  • Receipt scanning. Ordered online? They send a photo of the receipt and you approve the stamps.
  • Saves to Apple or Google Wallet. Their card updates by itself after every stamp.
  • Only a phone number needed. Name, birthday and offers are up to them.

At the register

  • Any device you already have. Scan with the camera or type a phone number.
  • Several rewards, one button. Coffee and a sandwich? Tap + on each, press Add once.
  • Built-in safeguards. A cap per purchase and a check when a card was just stamped.
  • Coupons in one tap. Their offers show on screen; mark a code used so it can't be reused.
  • New phone, same card. A one-time code moves their stamps over.

For you, the owner

  • A dashboard you'll actually read. Taps, reviews, stamps and returning customers versus last month.
  • Unusual activity flagged. And any stamp can be undone.
  • Your customer list. Filter by birthdays or who opted in, and download it anytime.
  • Offers & coupons. Post a deal with an optional code and end date. It shows on their card and phone.
  • A marketing kit made for you. Branded counter signs, social posts and a signup box for your own website.
  • Staff logins. Staff see the counter screen, not your settings.
  • Settings that save themselves. Rewards, rules and your look on one page.

Know your regulars. Give them reasons to return.

  • Your shop at a glance. Taps, Google review visits, stamps and who came back, compared with last month.
  • A customer list, not a guessing game. See who's close to a reward, who hasn't been in lately, and download the list anytime.
  • A friendly nudge to pop back in. Free wallet messages, plus texts and email to customers who agreed to hear from you.

A punch card that looks like a business card

Start from a style, then make it yours: your logo, colors or a photo, your own stamp, a tagline, and your hours and links on the back. The page customers tap into matches it.

Questions shop owners ask

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes. We bring the stand, add your logo and rewards, and show your staff the counter screen. Most shops stamp their first card the same day.

We don't have a spare tablet at the register. What are the options?

The counter screen works on any phone, tablet or laptop you already have. If you'd rather not use your own, we can supply a tablet for $10 a month and set it up for you.

Can I run more than one reward?

Yes. A coffee shop might run a coffee card and a sandwich card side by side. One scan at the register covers all of them, and staff tap + on each item the customer bought.

Can I change how it looks later?

Anytime. Restyle the punch card itself (colors, a photo, your own stamp, the details on the back) or the page customers tap into. Customers see the change right away, even on cards already saved to their wallet.

Can I run coupons and specials?

Yes. Post an offer with an optional code and end date, like “Free pastry with any latte.” It shows on every customer's card, and staff can mark single-use codes as used so they can't be reused.
